Transcript Request- If you are a former NYFA student and would like to request your transcript please visit www.nyfa.edu/transcript. Here you will be able to request multiple copies of your Official Academic Transcript. If you have any questions you can email the registrar's office at [email protected] (New York Campus), [email protected] (South Beach Campus) or [email protected] (LA Campus)

Any Currently Enrolled student ( NY Campus ONLY) needing a transcript should not use this website but rather complete the "CURRENT STUDENTS- REPORT CARD REQUEST" below and either drop it off or email it to the Registrar's office.
